Truthfully how I really got into that GxFR (Griselda) sound, was when the Buffalo bred siblings bodied “Ajax” via their Don’t Be Scared Now EP produced by The Alchemist. It’s only right that the legendary producer stops in at Sway with the brothers once again to chop it up about their future projects and what’s in store right about now up top. Alongside producers Daringer and providing live beatscapes by ALC & Budgie, Benny The Buther and Conway The Machine go bananas, str8 spazzin’ for a bar-fest below afterwards. Peep all 5 parts down below. Read More…

Sean Price – Imperius Rex (Album Stream)

2 years ago today marks the passing of Sean Price aka Sean P! Today also is the day his label Duckdown blesses us with 16 new tracks from his new posthumous album Imperius Rex. Well crafted, this album gives that feel as if Sean was alive during the entire recording process. But according to his wife, Bernadette Price, only 4 songs were completed upon his passing and it was her who connected the dots to turn this project into a complete power house LP. Sean P lives on!

With high profile guest appearances from his longtime friends and cohorts, such as Buckshot, Smif-N-Wessun, Ruste Juxx, Rim P of Da Villins, Prodigy, Styles P, MF DOOM, Raekwon, Method Man, Inspectah Deck and others. Production on this new future classic comes from the Alchemist, Harry Fraud, Nottz, Marco Polo, Skizz, Dan The Man and Crummiebeats.

Stream the album in full below (head to Duckdown for physical copies) and also check out the new video for “Dead Or Alive” featuring Sean’s widow Bernadette. Plus included below Bernadette and Dru Ha speaking on Sean and the new album with hot 97.

Live From The Streets with Sean Price & Mr. Green (Video)

Sean Price did one of his very last interviews with DJ/producer extraordinaire Mr. Green to shoot an episode of his Live From The Streets series not long before his passing in August of 2015. If you are unfamiliar with the show, Green would head out into the streets of different cities around the world where he would collect audio samples from street musicians, regular people he encountered and the environment. He would then pull those disparate sounds together to create a beat and have an MC come in to lay down bars over the final product. Read More…

Meek Mill – Wins And Losses (Album Stream & Full Movie)

After miscalculating his strategy in a very public beef with one of the most popular rappers in the world, and then enduring a less than amicable break-up with arguably the most powerful female artist in Rap, things weren’t exactly looking fruitful for your boy Meek. Joining Meek this go around are Rick Ross, Future, Lil Uzi Vert, Ty Dolla $ign, Quavo, Young Thug, Yo Gotti, The-Dream and others.
